According to reports, the suspect was caught peering into a woman's bathroom. After the woman screamed for help, her mother sought assistance from nearby residents. They gathered outside the victim's home and confronted the alleged Peeping Tom.

In the video, the suspect, who was eventually identified as Thai, attempted to justify his actions by claiming he was merely looking for a bathroom to relieve himself.
