Port FC beat Beijing 7-4 in the AFC Champions League Elite as Bordin Phala scored a hat-trick, while Ratchaburi lost 3-2 late on at Vissel Kobe.

Port FC beat Beijing FC 7-4 in a wild AFC Champions League Elite match in Pathum Thani on Tuesday, November 3, with Bordin Phala scoring a hat-trick, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) reported. The win ended Port's three-match losing streak in the competition and handed Beijing their first defeat.
Earlier in the day, Ratchaburi FC came close to a famous result in Japan before losing 3-2 to Vissel Kobe.
The game produced seven goals before half-time, and Beijing led 4-3 at the break. Match data from All Football (Dongqiudi) shows how it unfolded:
Port, coached by Bozidar Bandovic, had 20 shots to Beijing's eight, with 14 on target, even though Beijing had more of the ball. Beijing are coached by Nick Montgomery.
The result gives Port their first win of the league stage, with three points from four games. Before Tuesday, the Thai League side had scored only twice and conceded ten goals in three defeats, so this was a big turnaround in attack. Beijing stay on seven points.
In Kobe, Ratchaburi trailed 1-0 at half-time after Kento Hamasaki's goal, then turned the game around. Phongsakorn Sangkasopha equalised on 64 minutes and Ekanit Panya put the Thai side 2-1 up on 82 minutes. But Erik levelled a minute later and substitute Tetsushi Yamakawa scored the winner two minutes from time, the AFC reported.
Vissel Kobe top the East region with a perfect 12 points. Ratchaburi, coached by Worrawoot Srimaka, have one point after four games.
Thailand's third club, Buriram United, host unbeaten Kashima Antlers on Wednesday, November 4, at 7.15pm Thai time, according to the J.League's match page. Buriram have two draws and a defeat so far, while Kashima have won all three of their games.
