The family of a British guy issued an SOS after he went missing while on vacation in Thailand. David Goldthorpe, a Scottish man, went missing in Thailand after planning a retirement trip to the Land of Smiles.
The 65 year old Edinburgh-born retiree was supposed to fly home Sunday, May 5, but never boarded his flight, leaving his family sick with worry.
Goldthorpe was scheduled to travel from Phuket to Doha in Qatar before catching a connecting flight home to the Scottish capital on May 5, but Thai police have confirmed he was not on the plane.
