Top 10 Real Estate Brands in Thailand ranked by Revenue and Profit for the first half of 2024

The table includes well-known companies like Sansiri, AP, Land & Houses, and Supalai, among others, showcasing their financial performance during this period.

 

Developer List And Their Profits :

  1. Sansiri takes the top spot with a revenue of 19,928 million THB and a profit of 2,702 million THB. It also has a projected target of 52,000 million THB for 2024.
  2. AP follows closely, generating 17,845 million THB in revenue and 2,277 million THB in profit, with the highest year-end revenue target of 57,000 million THB.
  3. Land & Houses and Supalai also rank high, with substantial profits of 2,248 million THB and 2,212 million THB, respectively. see more in table list…..
