Paetongtarn has also invited Xiaomi to establish an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing plant in Thailand, aiming to stimulate domestic employment and strengthen Thailand’s position in ASEAN.

Lowering Business Costs

The Land Bridge is projected to cut export times by four days and reduce business costs by 15%, making products more affordable and reducing fuel consumption. This initiative aims to transform Thailand into a logistics hub, creating jobs and expanding trade opportunities while aligning with green energy initiatives for sustainability.
