Thai Nationals Unaffected by Israeli Attack in Tehran

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Thailand has assured the public that no Thai citizens were impacted by the recent Israeli attack in Tehran. Communication with Thai nationals in Iran has been consistent, thanks to the efforts of the Thai Embassy in Tehran and the Thai Association in Iran.

Nikorndej Balankura, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, confirmed that the Thai Embassy in Tehran remains in close communication with both the ministry and Thai nationals in Iran. Iran’s air defense system successfully repelled attacks on military sites in Tehran, Khuzestan, and Ilam, ensuring that no Thai citizens were directly affected by the incident.

The Thai Embassy has issued an advisory urging Thai citizens in Iran to stay away from military sites and crowded areas. The embassy recommends keeping passports accessible for emergency evacuations and closely monitoring embassy alerts.
