The StopDrink Network, a leading alcohol watchdog, reported that sales of alcoholic beverages to minors and illegal promotional activities were widespread. Over 137 locations across the country, including water fight zones, entertainment venues, concert halls, and department stores, hosted events that breached alcohol control and excise tax laws.
