Provincial Police Region 1 and Saraburi Provincial Investigation Police arrested two brothers, Wasan (28), and Yotphon (30), who used a cement truck to smuggle drugs from the northern region to the central region on the Lopburi bypass road inbound to Saraburi on Sunday, March 17.
Officials seized 50 bags of methamphetamine and nearly 10 million pills, totaling more than 300 million baht.
