However, speculation is growing around the Reds’ interest in Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. The Georgian international has been a sensation since joining Napoli from Dinamo Batumi in 2022. He played a pivotal role in securing the club’s first Serie A title in 33 years and has accumulated 107 appearances and 30 goals during his time in Italy.
Despite his success, Kvaratskhelia’s future at Napoli appears uncertain. With no new contract on the horizon and his current deal running until 2027, European giants have taken notice, including Liverpool. According to The Athletic, the Merseyside club is closely monitoring the situation.
Slot has an abundance of attacking talent at his disposal, but several players, including Harvey Elliott and Darwin Núñez, seem to have fallen down the pecking order.
