Tottenham Hotspur delivered a commanding performance in the Premier League, securing a 3-0 victory over a depleted Manchester United side. Micky van de Ven set the tone early, driving the ball forward and setting up Brennan Johnson for a quick opener. This early strike paved the way for a relentless Spurs attack.

Goals from Dejan Kulusevski and Dominic Solanke further buried Manchester United, who struggled after their captain, Bruno Fernandes, was sent off for a reckless challenge on James Maddison in the 42nd minute. Spurs’ dynamic play under manager Ange Postecoglou saw them rise to eighth in the Premier League table, now boasting 10 points after six games.

In contrast, Manchester United’s troubles continue as they sit 12th with only seven points. Solanke’s 77th-minute goal, following a well-placed header by Pape Matar Sarr, summed up United’s frustration as many fans left the stadium early.

Meanwhile, in another Premier League clash, Ipswich Town held Aston Villa to a thrilling 2-2 draw. Liam Delap shone with a brace, but despite their best efforts, both teams left with a point. Villa missed their chance to level on points with Liverpool, remaining fifth in the table.

Tottenham’s dominant display against Manchester United highlights their strong form under Postecoglou, with their attacking prowess making them a formidable side this season.
