Dramatic Rescue of Exhausted Swimmer

On December 8, 2024, a naked and exhausted Russian man was rescued from the sea approximately six kilometers off the coast of Pattaya. The rescue was carried out by Pracharat Satsuk, a speedboat driver transporting around 20 foreign tourists to Koh Lan.
