Despite the condominium’s explicit no-pet policy, many residents reportedly keep dogs, cats, and birds, contributing to noise and disruption. The snake incident exposed the lax enforcement of these rules, prompting residents to demand action from the estate management to address the widespread violation of pet regulations.

Swift Response Follows Snake Stunt

The stunt proved effective, as the estate management responded by issuing 10,000-baht (approximately S$392) fines to pet owners and ordering them to relocate their animals. The resident responsible for releasing the snakes also faced a fine, though the amount was not disclosed, signaling a crackdown on all violations of the condo’s rules.
