Health Recommendations

Protecting Yourself from Air Pollution

When air quality reaches the orange level, it can potentially impact health. It’s advisable for the general public to wear PM2.5 protective masks when outdoors and to limit strenuous activities. Individuals should also monitor for symptoms like coughing, breathing difficulties, or eye irritation. At-risk groups should wear masks, avoid strenuous outdoor activities, and seek medical attention if they experience any abnormal symptoms.
